The field is the field of energy.  It is all around you. Each of us have a personal field of up to 10 feet (over 2 metres). Beyond this is the field of limitless possibilities.  That which you fill your field with is what magnetises to you from the field of possibilities.  So if you want different you have to think different, do different, be different.  With great appreciate to the example set by Grandmother Parisha.

World of Duality

Contrast, beloveds it is just the field of opposites for reflection so we can have clear minds of what is!!

In this world there are always opposites Day and Night, Hot and Cold, Sun and Moon, Woman and Man, Generosity and Greed, Kindness and Cruelty.

When you see opposite you need not go against it.  Know that it shows you where you stand.  So if you see something as cruel then be kindness, flow energy to kindness.  Flowing energy (thoughts, gossip, complaining, going against) the cruelty adds to that.  So be what you stand for.  Know there is opposite in this world and that you need not go against it.  Put you energy and actions to what you are for.
