Collective Consciousness and Midich Cookoos

In early high school – age around 12 – we had to read a book called the Midich Cookoos. A key theme was that the particular set of Children born had the ability to know something and be able to do it as soon as one of the Children did.

That is if one of the Children learned a tricky puzzel – that may have taken them awhile to work out all the others new how to do it instantly.

There is a lot more to the story but it was this point that struck me straight away as I read it – not only that I know that this was how it does work but more so that others in the class including the teacher saw this as part of the Fiction writing. Feeling this I stayed quite about it. Being a pre-teen I wanted less attention not more. I just wanted to fly under the radar and be as ‘normal’ as everyone else.

Now that I’m nearly fourty andhave kids of my own I am opening encoraging of all that I know is true and open to those things that while I do not yet have a full understanding I know not to dismiss – just because it doesnt fit comfortably within the narror frame of experience and knowedge that is modern western way.

Last night I was very happy to hear a Physiscis explaining the physical connection of all things and how that one things (person/being..) doing something makes it easy for all others to do this. Yes I thought – just as in the Miditch Cookoos.

Physics is also paralling the teachings of many Indigenous Peoples. As part of the Seasons and Cycles walk and field day with Auntie Fran Bodkin and Uncle Les – the reality of all connected is a total unquestioned part of being. As is consequence of action – not just for one but for the many.

So if you need any reason to voer come any resistance you have to getting onto whatever positive thing it is you want to do:
– like exercise, like awake at pre-dawn and enjoy the sun-rise, like do public speaking, like write a book……….what ever it is by you pushing forward and taking that positive action you add that to the Field (the energy) we are all part of. This makes it easier for others to do the same.
