When in a situation where you feel sad, angry etc ask “what is my role in this?”
How ever much you take responsibility for is = to your power and ability to change the situation / feeling etc.
So how do you do that…?
You just do it.
Over-ride the programed responses, ignore the information that is coming to your mind from your hormones etc ( which have been led by your cells and you chemical addictions to the hormones etc.
Just do it different – take responsibility and then respond with ability.
