Rain brought in the Moon Cycle Again

Working in the area of environmental restoration and specialising in Saltmarshes (that low vegetation growing behind Mangroves and covered by the tide about 3 times per month (moon cycle) makes one aware of the moon stages and the tides.

New Moons (that is when the moon is fully in the shadow of the Earth thus greatly reducing the amount of sun light reaching the moon and reflecting off it) are a time for having intentions set ready for the new cycle. As the moon grows so to your achievements – celebrate them when the moon is full and get completions before the moon is again New.

Watch the weather and the Moons and see the correlations. New Moons new beginnings are birthed with water – overcast cloudy with sprinkles of rain even.

This March New Moon was again a whole day of overcast and fine rain. The following day was back to clear sky blue and sunny. Just an observation you may want to have a look for yourself.

Getting in tune with the Earth Seasons and Cycles definately expands your consciousness and increases general happieness.

If your work takes you in – that is intriverting work – intense computer work, reading, writing etc then it’s extra important to look out again. A little exercise to bring yourself back out and into balance is to take a walk around outside – anywhere and look at and name the things your looking at. better still get someone to come woth you and point out things for you to look at and name. the other person can then acknowledge you after each thing to see and name.

This simple technique will assist you in releasing tension getting out of work mode (where work is an autmatic semi-conscious activity) and into the present time. By doing it on others you can assist them move through trying times such as greif and loss.

Opening you eyes and SEEING what is around you – all of it – will lead to you increasing your level of Consciousness.

We are of this World so be part of it and live in it.
