No Worries

I’m reposting writings from a friend of mine in the US.

No Worries
Posted on February 25, 2011 by

My friends from ‘down under’ in Australia have an expression I like very much, “No Worries.” This expresses very clearly the reassurance and trust in the Source.

“You are never not plugged into Source! Least you would not be alive!”
Grandmother Pa’Ris’Ha

When ‘mind child’ plays its game and ego steps in to bring forward the illusionary world we have created for ourselves, thinking this is all there is, worries step in.

When we remember we are far more than that, when we remember our connection to
Source, we are reminded we live in a field of plenty and Source always provides all that we need.
When we focus in meditation on the stillness and our connectedness to this Source, our minds are stilled and we give control to our soul.

When we look at creation, from formless energy to form, and marvel at the mystery of our sacred beings and of all life, we are connected to this Source.

When we live in appreciation of this respect, we thank God, our Creator, for all life.
“There is no need for temples, no need for complicated philosophies. My brain and my heart are my temples; my philosophy is kindness.” Dalai Lama

Believe and Create

I enjoyed it I hope you found something in it for you as well. All the Best Elaway diyi Ng li’ta
