In Lodz Poland

Last night I wrote and planned my day – thank goodness. So I did get up at 5.30am ran along the Old Street in Lodz (pronounced Woodg), saw the people sweeping the street with brooms made from bundles of sticks. This looked a bit strange as they were sweeping outside expensive stores and multinaitonal brands such as ESPRIT etc. Poland has new and old side by side. People collecting fire wood and mushrooms from the forest on bikes, while late model 4 wheel drive Audi -s go past. Feel so much better that I got up early this am. Grandmother Parisha’s teaching of overcomming resistance is such a valuable one. Relevant all through the day – everyday.
